We are currently experiencing a crisis in our global community. Our responsibility as a company primarily includes protecting our customers, suppliers, employees and fellow human beings. As part of a solidarity society, we inform ourselves promptly about the current developments in the "Corona crisis". Our measures for developments are based on the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and the federal or state government. We want to do our part to break the chains of infection, especially through the necessary hygiene measures and social distancing. All Entratek GmbH employees are fully informed about this.      

With regard to our production of the DC Wallbox Power Capsule, as well as the DC quick chargers of the Power Bay chargers, we have been dealing with the issue for several weeks in order to maintain the supply chains. There are currently no bottlenecks in the relevant electronic assemblies or other inverters and other production parts.

We have also significantly increased our stocks both in the production area and in the finished goods warehouse. Shift plans have been optimized to reduce the contact between the teams to a minimum. Similar measures were taken within the administration to ensure that we are available for you at all times. Our employees in the Netherlands and Germany work separately in the home office.

According to the current status, we can inform you that we have an unrestricted readiness for delivery and are continuing to work to maintain this. In the course of further developments, we will, if necessary, further expand our provision. Together and with mutual consideration, we will survive this crisis.
